Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms govern your access and use of this site. By accessing or using this site you agree to be bound by these Terms and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

 

Pamit Cards reserves the right to make changes to this site and to these Terms at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms each time you access this site.

 

You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting us. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.

 

 

General

 

All the terms and conditions and/or any transactions occurring online at www.pamitcards.ca or www.pamitcards.com are subject to the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia.  Pamit Cards is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from Machinery Breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.  The tools available on www.pamitcards.ca or www.pamitcards.com to create personalized products are the property of Pamit Cards.  By ordering products and paying for them you agree that you accept these terms and are bound by them.  The Terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by Province of Nova Scotia law. 

 

 

Reservations

 

All orders are subject to acceptance and payment verification by Pamit Cards. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse.

 

 

Returns

 

Due to the personalized nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or mailed. Any claims for defects or damages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise.

 

 

Payments

 

All payments are currently made through PayPal in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Users will need either an existing PayPal account or a Credit / Debit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) accepted by PayPal to pay for orders, no other payment method is accepted by Pamit Cards.

 

 

Warranty

 

Pamit Cards neither makes any explicit warranty nor imply or accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products that Buyer is buying.  Pamit Cards may but does not guarantee the replacement of the defective product, or credit the amount of the purchase price. 

 

 

Mailing

 

All mailing of products is with Canada Post, once the product has been mailed we can no longer be responsible for its delivery as it will be handled as regular letter mail with Canada Post. For more information please refer to this page Mailing and Delivery

 

 

Limitation of Liability:

 

Pamit Cards will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations.  Pamit Cards shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages.  The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold Pamit Cards responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Pamit Cards and its affiliated company (S) on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights.

 

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

 

Pamit Cards will not refund any money for orders that are mailed due to the nature of the product, each greeting card sold is unique and cannot be returned for a refund. We work hard to ensure that all products produced are of a high quality. However once the product has been mailed its possible that product may become damaged, if this happens and you notify us and return the damamged product to us we will offer you either a free replacement product (of the same design) or a coupon code allowing you to order a card for the same price as was originally paid. We will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 14 days, please contact us as soon as possible by one of the methods on the contact us page.
