What type of paper do you use?

The paper we print our greeting cards on is 10pt card stock. The paper is FSC certified. For business or volume orders we can use different types of paper, please contact us for more details on the available options. |

When will my greeting card be delivered?
|
 |
Greeting cards are mailed with Canada Post. Please refer to our Mailing and Delivery page for more information. Please note Canada Post does not deliver mail on Saturday or Sundays or Holidays. Canada Post does not offer a guarantee for deliverying their standard letter mail and nor do we. Once a greeting card has been mailed with Canada Post, there is no way of receiving an updated status or tracking the greeting card currently. |

All our cards are printed in Sydney located on Cape Breton Island in the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada. |

Can I add photos to greeting cards?
|
 |
Yes, many of our cards are designed to allow you to upload and integrate your photos into the design. Using our online design studio you can upload multiple photos easily and use them in greeting card designs. Once you've uploaded a photo, it will be stored in your account so if you need to re-use it you won't have to upload it again. If you need to you can always delete the image under the "My Images" link when you are signed in to your account.

Are the prices listed on the site final? How do I know the total cost?

Yes, our prices include all costs, excluding postage and tax for orders within Canada. Depending on the province the greeting card will be mailed to, the tax rate for that province will be charged. All orders being mailed outside of Canada will have no tax charged on them. |

Where can I view my orders?
|
 |
When you are logged in to your account, you will see a link called "My Orders", from there you will be able to see a history of all your Pamit Cards orders. If you need to you can easily reorder from there. You can also preview your orders in PDF.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently use PayPal for our payments. If you don't have a PayPal account you can also pay by Visa Credit / Debit Card, Master Card or American Express.

How much does mailing cost?
|
 |
The price for our greeting cards does not include the cost of mailing them. The cost of mailing will vary with the current rate of Canada Post, but the price of our greeting cards will stay the same. Please check the shipping cost when checking out your order for the most up to date prices.
Please note the shipping cost includes a handling charge. |

What pre-paid gifts do you have?

We currently offer Tim Hortons, Apple iTunes, La Senza, Subway, Future Shop and Pizza Delight pre-paid gift cards.
Pre-paid gift cards are sent within the greeting card.
Please note gift cards are sold in Canadian dollars and are not refundable once purchased.

Cape Breton Fudge Crates

Cape Breton Fudge Crates are available as an option and your greeting card will be sent with the crate. Crates are shipped with Canada Post and once shipped you will be sent a tracking number. |

What service do you use for delivery?

All greeting cards and wedding invations are delivered using Canada Post.
Business Cards are delivered using UPS. |

How can I track my delivery?
|

Canada Post does not offer a way to track standard letter mail and nor do we.
If you have received a tracking number for a parcel of greeting cards or wedding invations it can be tracked online at the main page of Canada Post's website:
